The cloud synchronization service of the useEngineer-app enables joint online meetings of groups, for example to work out the usability of user interfaces and thus enables stakeholder participation. It manages access to various usability tools that map different usability engineering techniques.

With the conclusion of the contract with useEngineer you agree to these data protection regulations.

In order to use this service, a registration is required, which can be processed directly from the useEngineer-app.

All processes are handled by email and transactions are confirmed by emails. All emails are archived in an audit-proof manner. Invoices are also sent by email. They are automatically created and sent at the end of the month after receipt of payment.

useEngineer is as leanly built as possible, also in order to meet the extensive data protection requirements of the EU with this electronically automatically provided service. It is a prepaid B2B service.

The following data from contractual partners are stored form for registration and invoicing:

• E-mail address
• Company name
• Salutation,
• First name,
• Last name,
• business address (street, zip code, town),
• Registered office (country),
• Sales Tax ID Number (for European countries),
• status of the account,
• Unused prepaid amount in €.
• List of additional and previously authorized email addresses
• Incoming payments with date and associated e-mail address
• Calculation values for special conditions agreed in other ways as well as
• for invoices additionally

  • Amount in €
  • VAT

Invoices are issued per incoming payment. Billing service providers or similar are not used.

Accesses are not counted, evaluated or specifically saved. There is also no tracking or anything like that! They are only recorded in the usual context of the server log files, also to ensure security against third parties.

A service provider is used for hosting and email archiving. Currently this is:
